Trust needs more than a statement.
When software touches important business information, security and accountability need to be designed into the way the system works.
Our approach starts with understanding the client's environment, the information involved, the people who need access and the obligations that apply to the engagement.
[ + ]SECURITY FOLLOWS THE ARCHITECTURE
We define hosting, access controls, data flows, logging and integration boundaries for the particular system. The correct design depends on technical requirements, provider capabilities and the client's own policies.
[ + ]CONTROLLED ACCESS
Agentic systems and integrations require carefully scoped permissions. Where applications can take actions, we consider authorisation, human approval where appropriate, and traceability of consequential changes.
[ + ]AI QUALITY AND EVALUATION
We assess the behaviour that matters for the use case, using representative test cases and monitoring where appropriate. Testing does not eliminate all errors, but it can make limitations visible and support safer operation.
[ + ]WORKING WITH CLIENT SECURITY TEAMS
We can participate in technical reviews, security questionnaires and vendor-assessment processes as part of an agreed engagement. Requests for security documentation and processing arrangements should be handled through the relevant project team.
[ + ]CERTIFICATIONS AND SERVICE-SPECIFIC STATEMENTS
- /01
Certifications, hosting locations, processor and sub-processor details, retention commitments, incident reporting periods and model-provider commitments vary by service and contract.
- /02
We state them for a specific engagement, in writing, once they are current, documented and approved, rather than as blanket promises on a web page.
How we handle personal data from this website is set out in our privacy notice.
