We hire occasionally and carefully. We look for people who like seeing their work through to production and are happy to be judged on whether it holds up there.

Everyone works directly with clients. The person who helps scope a feature often builds it, tests it and supports it once it's live. Much of our work is in regulated sectors, so requirements are written down, code is reviewed and evidence is kept as we go.
